The team's only goal is to find wines from French winemakers who produce treasures, mostly on small plots and with respect for our dear planet Earth.
Often wines are produced in very small quantities: they are unique and with a strong identity!
Each sommelier of the team, on a trade fair, paces the vintner's stands and can taste several hundred wines, and then shares his tasting notes with other sommeliers, which will bring out the small treasures.
Of the more than 18,000 wines tasted each year, only 3% of them are selected!
Jecreemacave criss-crosses hundreds of castles and vineyards, dozens of professional days and dozens of trade shows per year.
